<p>Sentient 7 is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Project Manager in the greater Los Angeles Area for our digital video clients. Position will report to the Director of Project Services and Consulting. We work the best of the best partners and do the same with the people that work with our company. <h3>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>

<ul>
<li>The Project Manager shall oversee all management functions of the contract and be the single individual representing the company to the client.</li>
<li>Serves as the working level primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on program/project and contract administration issues.</li>
<li>Continuously review post orders for all security Posts, and develop recommendations for update of general orders and post orders</li>
<li>Generate various reports/deliverables including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.</li>
</ul>
<p>Plan, organize, direct and guide the activities of contract employees. Participate in hiring, training and performance evaluations.</p>
<h3>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</h3>
<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p>
<ul>
<li>Be a US Citizen</li>
<li>Substantial systems engineering experience with strong emphasis on current versions of Windows based systems support</li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of working with Milestone software</li>
<li>Must have a clean criminal record, and be able to obtain a favorable background suitability clearance</li>
<li>Intimate knowledge of people management skills, to include conflict resolution</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel along the west coast; may include occasional travel to the mid-west and corporate offices in eastern United States.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to multi-task.</li>
</ul>
